We are working on the legal documents for forming the legal entity for the community association organization. Once they are ready we will share them with the community for discussion. Although we aspire to have the community be as decentralized as possible, there are some legal requirements to provide liability protections, to be able to sign the land transfer agreement with Decentraland, and to be able to handle the financial and tax realities of the district. The form of the corporation will enable us to lay the legal foundation for developing our decentralized vision for Aetheria.
